Bought the 1 year upgrade from the Android market and nothing has happened..

Hello.

I just bought the one year upgrade off the Android market and nothing has changed with my account. Is there a setting I need to change on the PC or was it a terrible idea to upgrade in general? Thanks for taking time to read this. :)
